WHEN IS RENT DUE?

Rent is due Before, or On the 1st of the Month – and is considered Late on the 2nd of the Month.

WHERE DO WE PAY RENT?

We have several ways for you to pay us.  The easiest is through our Tenant Portal.  The application we use  you can pay rent, schedule it for recurring payments.  Super simple, super easy!

 

Other options;
Drop check off to our PO Box at Postal Annex - 3313 W Cherry Lane, #831, Meridian, ID 83642 (check hours), or Zelle us payment to bluemtnpm@gmail.com.

WHO DO WE CONTACT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PROPERTY?

For Major Emergencies – please call 911 (i.e.… Fire, Flood, etc.…), then notify us at 208-994-5204.

For minor repair/maintenance items, you can complete a WORK ORDER in the Tenant Portal, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
