SubDivision CCR's
Review the CCR's for your SubDivision (if you don't know the name of your SubDivision, its usually on a markee at the entrance of the community). These rules apply to the property, but also are binding to anyone living in the community; the owners, tenants, etc...

Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and property management companies they contract withmanage SubDivisions on behalf of homeowners to enforce the CCRs. If the rules outlined in the CCRs are violated, the HOA may issue fines. As a tenant living at the house, most likley you are responsible for the violation (ie... leaving trash cans out, or not maintaining the landscaping). If fines are levied, and you are responsible, you are required to pay the fines within the month the notice was given. Delay's in paying will result in fees to your rental account.
